“The aqua park was an absolute hit with the kids! We purchased a family package, and with the promo, it felt like a fantastic deal. For one hour, my children bounced around on the inflatables and splashed in the water with huge smiles on their faces. I had mixed feelings about my stay. The view of Taal Volcano was stunning, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms and some rather inconvenient rules were disappointing. The service could use improvement, making it feel less guest-friendly overall.

Our family getaway at Club Balai Isabel was a mix of fun and disappointment. The accommodation was spacious and had great amenities, plus the pools and Aqua Park were hits with everyone. However, there were significant cleanliness issues and a lack of proper maintenance that left us wanting more for the price we paid.
