Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The view of Taal Volcano was stunning, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms and some rather inconvenient rules were disappointing. The service could use improvement, making it feel less guest-friendly overall.
Our family getaway at Club Balai Isabel was a mix of fun and disappointment. The accommodation was spacious and had great amenities, plus the pools and Aqua Park were hits with everyone. However, there were significant cleanliness issues and a lack of proper maintenance that left us wanting more for the price we paid.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic with stunning views of Taal Lake and the staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating. However, the rooms left much to be desired, suffering from various maintenance issues which impacted our comfort. Overall, while the hospitality stood out, the rooms and dining experience need significant improvements.
I recently enjoyed a weekend getaway at Club Balai Isabel, which is a serene escape from the busy Manila. The lake view was absolutely stunning and the breakfast buffet was a highlight for my family. However, there were some inconveniences, like the lack of phone in our room and issues with cleanliness that need addressing. Overall, it’s a peaceful place worth revisiting if you’re looking to unwind.
